Project Details

The project consisted of cleaning the aerobic lagoon at Dudley Wastewater Pollution Control Plant. The contractor was required to remove all sludge collected in both lagoons by pumping (dredging) the solids through Geotubes and dispose of thickened contents properly at the Dudley Landfill. T. R. Long Engineering, P.C. served as the General Engineering Consultant. Mr. Long served as the project manager and design engineer. He also supervised bidding, contract administration, and construction observation.
