T.R. Long Engineering, P.C. provided professional services for the engineering repair of the Pine Road Lake Outfall. As general engineering consultant, we furnished all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of repairs to the lake outfall along Pine Road. The improvements included the installation of the five replacement outlet structures, 60 feet of 72-inch RCP drainage pipe, five large headwalls, dam repair, and additional miscellaneous work. The engineering/inspection fees for this project were approximately $366,220.
