T.R. Long Engineering provided professional services for the Liberty County Animal Shelter in Hinesville, Georgia. The animal shelter contains 16 dog runs, office space for the animal control staff, dog adoption areas and various amenities for dog shelters. The site included a parking area, site access, a driveway off of Lee Place Road, off-site water system and off-site sewerage collection facilities. Our services included site selection, site plan development, construction plan preparation, permitting, assistance with bidding and award, contract administration, and construction observation.
